We have a core group of people who all contribute different skills to the production of the wine, as well as the hosting of the parties we have gotten to be known for.
| Mike McCarthy, Our resident chemist who is extremely knowledgable in the science of fermentation. A Chemistry instructor at Cabrillo College he is known for being extremely fickle about volumetric measurements. |
| Stephanie Berdan, the Biologist by trade, has the knowledge and skills to prevent our wines from being infected by the bad bacteria found everywhere. Her career at a local university has had her published many times. |
| Jory Berdan, a business executive acts as our equipment manager. Jory has a knack for discretion among people when a conversation gets heated. |
| Bob Prikazsky, a spitting image for Jerry Garcia, takes care of our day to day monitoring of the wines, as well as offers his residence for our home base.Bob's past life working for Lockheed had him working on many projects to which he could talk to you about but would then need to kill you. |
| Scott Ebersole, The founder of the group offers some management and some winemaking skills to the co-op. His career as an aircraft technician and pilot brings him to many undesired locations throughout the west coast. |
| Cathy Bentley Smith, keeps track of our finances. She manages the tasting room at MJA vineyards in Santa Cruz, and is responsible for bringing a fresh approach to events at local wineries. |

| Bret Smith, was smart enough to marry Cathy so that he would be part of our group. Bret is known for always having a smile on his face, and an absolute pleasure to be around. |
| Leslie Fellows, will be heading our charge of getting bonded and licensed. Her family runs an up and coming winery in Uruguay, and she is responsible for the distribution within the United States. |
